- International shipping (including EU and non-EU countries) typically takes 4-21 working days. Tracking details are provided for all orders. For Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, please email elinor@olew.co.uk for local fulfilment options.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
- In the unlikely event of a delay beyond Royal Mail's estimated 48-hour service, we ask you to wait 10 working days before contacting us. If the parcel hasn’t arrived by then, we’ll send a replacement. Contact us at orders@olew.co.uk.

- We do not accept returns on open or used products unless the item is faulty. If the product is faulty, you will receive a refund in store credit. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
